One of the best times to visit Canada is in the autumn. From vibrant leaves to shimmering glacier lakes, Canada truly lights up during this season, offering travellers unique experiences from coast to coast.
To showcase the diversity of Canada’s landscape, Destination Canada and National Geographic CreativeWorks embarked on a year-long, first-of-its-kind storytelling and photography project which sent three celebrated photographers to Canada on a completely open assignment. The photographers, Matthieu Paley, Killiii Yüyan and Ami Vitale, were given no specific direction; instead, they were simply encouraged to travel for an extended period across six different regions of the country, capturing the people and places that touched them.
From September 20th-26th, Destination Canada will bring the work of these photographers to life with a free, outdoor gallery located in Cabot Square at Canary Wharf. Participants are invited to explore the gallery, where they will be immersed in the diverse landscapes, vibrant cultures, and boundless sense of adventure that sets Canada apart.
