In store our trained and experienced Kiehl’s Customer Representatives (KCRs) will treat each customer to a complimentary skincare consultation and pamper their skin. Following each skincare consultation, our KCRs will prescribe a skincare regime to the customer’s needs and offer three personalized samples.
