Ibérica Canary Wharf

At the helm is Executive Chef Nacho Manzano, chef patron of 2 Michelin starred Casa Marcial in Asturias. The day-to-day running of the restaurant is done by Manzano’’s protégé and his former development chef, Cesar Garcia.

The menu features Spanish classics like Croquetas de Jamon and three types of Jamón Ibérico, carved to order, along with more experimental dishes like Beetroot and Red Fruit Gazpacho with Cheese Ice Cream or Tempura of Spring Onion with Aioli and Soy Sauce. The extensive Spanish wine list features several wines which are only available at Ibérica outside of Spain.

• Monday: 12noon-3pm / 5-11pm
• Tuesday – Friday: 12noon-3pm / 5pm-12midnight
• Saturday: 12noon-12midnight
• Sunday: 12noon-4pm
