Boisdale of Canary Wharf

Boisdale of Canary Wharf is a sophisticated two-floor venue overlooking Cabot Square, with the city’s skyline in the distance, comprised of two restaurants, four private dining rooms, The Hine Bar & Garden terrace, the UK’s largest whisky bar, a Cuban Cigar Library & shop and a live music venue. 

The second-floor restaurant is decorated in the recognisable signature Boisdale look of lacquer red and dark green walls hung with eclectic and original artwork, and guests can enjoy a mix of classic and modern British dishes. Four private dining rooms are available to hire, accommodating from 12 to 40 guests. It is also here that one can find the whisky bar, a 12 metre long ‘amber wall of liquid gold’ that holds over 1,000 bottles of malt whisky. One floor below is the art deco-inspired Hine Bar & Garden Terrace which benefits from an awning-covered heated terrace, complete with a members-only area.  

Jools Holland is Boisdale’s Patron of Music, presenting the very best in jazz, blues, soul and occasionally rock’n’roll. Music highlights have included performances by the likes of Jools Holland, Lulu, Alexander O’Neal, Rebecca Ferguson, The Brand New Heavies, Scouting for Girls, The Zombies, Courtney Pine, Toploader, Shola Ama , Rita Coolidge, Shakatak, The Blow Monkeys, Boney M, Luciano, Omar Lye Fook, Mutya Buena of the Sugababes, Paul Jones and Mike d’Arbo of Manfred Mann, Melanie C of The Spice Girls , Mica Paris, Fleur East, The Real Thing, The Christians, Albert Lee, Odyssey, The Three Degrees, The Blackbyrds, KT Tunstall, Roachford, Kenny Thomas, Johnny Hates Jazz, The Cuban Brothers, Loose Ends, Tony Christie, Aswad, Kid Creole & The Coconuts, Heatwave, Dub Pistols, Fatback Band, Roy Ayers,  The British Collective and many more!
