Maureen Anne Holley has always been fascinated by London: its architecture, urban landscape and people.The Spirit of East London was purchased by Canary Wharf Group from her 2007 degree exhibition at the University of East London.
A photographic montage set within a composite lightbox that captures the spirit and atmosphere of docklands, the vibrancy of regeneration as well as her East End childhood, where her father worked in the Royal Docks.
