Join arc community for a series of transformative wellness workshops. Each session is designed to equip you with actionable strategies to enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. All workshops take place from 6:45 until 7:35pm. 

All Wharf Wellness workshops include both a talk and a guided sauna and cold exposure session, so we do ask guests to bring swimwear and a water bottle.
