We’re thrilled to bring our Kids’ Dumpling Masterclass this half-term between 27-28 Oct at Din Tai Fung Canary Wharf! Ignite your little chef’s culinary passion with a masterclass tailored for children aged 9-12, perfect for all skill levels. This fun and educational experience offers hands-on learning under the guidance of our professional chefs. Participants will start with basic techniques and progress to crafting our signature Xiao Long Bao, gaining valuable skills along the way. After crafting their dumplings, the little chefs will enjoy tasting their own creations along with our renowned Xiao Long Bao, culminating in a truly delicious learning experience.
