SPRING 2025
Health & Wellbeing Guide
As Canary Wharf evolves, we are focused on creating a place where people and nature thrive together. We believe that vibrant green spaces not only benefit local biodiversity but also have a positive impact on our health and wellbeing – in fact, the World Wide Fund for Nature now recommends we all spend 20 minutes in nature daily to improve our mental wellbeing and boost our mood.
Canary Wharf has 16.5 acres of parks and open spaces to enjoy, including our recently unveiled Eden Dock, the waterside oasis in the heart of our neighbourhood. We’ve already seen thousands of people enjoying fresh air, quiet contemplation, socialising with friends, reading and outdoor activities; when the warmer weather arrives, even more will be able to enjoy Eden Dock through open water swimming and summer activities.
Our free public art collection and programme of events are another way to relax and unwind while taking in some culture. Alongside 320+shops,bars,restaurants and a wide array of leisure activities including health clubs and spas, we aim to provide a range of options for the people who come to Canary Wharf to live, work and visit. We hope you enjoy visiting and exploring for yourself.
