Yvonne Domenge was one of four contemporary Mexican artists exhibiting their work at Canary Wharf as part of Mexico UK Year of the Arts 2015. Her work is defined by its abstract and organic nature, her subject-matter reflecting the relationship between man and the natural world.
Here she evokes a marine scene, inviting the viewer to step back from the commotion of urban life to contemplate the beauty and fragility of coral formations.
