This January, ARC opens its doors as London’s first communal contrast therapy club, creating a new space for wellness and connection.

The social wellness club movement that has taken North America by looks set to reshape London’s wellness scene. ARC, an all-new urban wellness brand, is set to launch in Canary Wharf in January 2025, bringing a fresh concept that blends connection, community and evidence-based wellness practices to the UK.
