In recognition of this year’s Black History Month, Penguin Books have curated a bespoke collection of literature from a diverse and exciting array of Black authors. From James Baldwin’s breakthrough essay collection that marked him as the voice of a generation to Chigozie Obioma’s powerfully evocative novel, our Short Story Stations are packed with an array of extracts spanning both fiction and nonfiction.
To print your free passage all you need to do is select a reading length of either one, three or five minutes, the machine will then select an extract and author at random.
At our Crossrail Place Roof Garden location you will also be able to enjoy selected audio from four of our authors featuring in the collection, allowing you to take a moment to listen to some of Penguin Books’ most established authors.
