Road
The Limehouse Link tunnel and The Highway provide access to the City and the West End. The Blackwall and Rotherhithe tunnels provide a link across the river to south London.
The A13 is a three-lane highway from Canary Wharf to the M25 orbital motorway which in turn connects to all the main routes out of London.
Canary Wharf has 6,000 car parking spaces of which 2,500 are provided within public car parks. Canary Wharf also provides pedal and motor cycle parking at several locations.

Canary Wharf is well served by taxis with a total of 11 taxi ranks that operate 24 hours a day.
PLANNED ROAD CLOSURES*
Notifications of planned road closures on the Estate will appear here. Note also that these can occur at short notice however, every effort will be made to update this information when known.
From Saturday 18 November until Friday 1 December, nights only: Bank Street on the South Carriageway, and surrounding footpaths areas, will be closed during the times outlined below to facilitate high-rise building works. Vehicle access to the buildings on Bank Street including Jubilee Car Park will be maintained through the implementation of a two-way traffic – contraflow system under traffic management on the North Carriageway.
- Saturday 9pm to Sunday 7am
- Sunday 9pm to Monday 5am
- Monday to Thursday 11pm – 5am each night
- Friday 11pm to Saturday 7am
TfL are aware and will amend their bus routes accordingly.
From 9pm on Friday 1 December until 9pm on Saturday 2 December: Cabot Square north side will be closed during the times outlined above to facilitate a crane operation to install Christmas trees around Cabot Square areas.
West India Avenue entry road and the North Colonnade will be partially closed. The North Colonnade will still be accessible on a diversion via the South Colonnade up to Cabot Square where the traffic flow will be diverted to enter Cabot Place West slip road for access to the North Colonnade. The traffic flow and road priorities will be reversed on the West slip road for the duration of works under traffic management.
TfL are aware and will amend their bus routes accordingly.
From 8pm on Sunday 3 December until 2am on Monday 4 December:
The east-end of West India Avenue entry road will be partially closed and the North Colonnade will be fully closed during the times outlined above to facilitate a filming event. There will be no vehicle access on the North Colonnade. Access to the buildings on the North Colonnade will be at ad-hoc control between scenes.
There will also be a DLR Rail replacement bus service ongoing which will be stopping on the South Colonnade at bus stop G for all pick ups / drop offs.
