Amidst the Art Deco stylings of their Canada Square location, The Ivy in the Park serves an all day menu just for Mothering Sunday, where you can tuck into delicious dishes including truffle arancini rice balls, salt and pepper squid tempura with miso wasabi mayonnaise, a tempura Nobashi prawn poke bowl and perfect puds like their doughnuts with dark chocolate fondue to share. The main menu is a feast of options ranging from oysters and scallops to lobster and steak, while the Sunday roast itself features slow roast rump cooked on real charcoal for a really special experience.
Fun filled family lunch at Electric Shuffle

Add a little game playing into the mix for some good old fashioned family competition this Mother’s Day at Electric Shuffle. The contemporary twist on shuffleboard comes complete with semi-private playing areas and superb cocktails. At Boisdale of Canary Wharf their musical programme has the approval of their Patron of Music, Jools Holland, so it’s fitting that on Mother’s Day they have a dedicated jazz lunch to look forward to. Featuring Frank & Dean, the original cast members of The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas, who portray the greatest crooners of all time, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, you can enjoy the music alongside a scrumptious three-course Sunday lunch. Tuck into their 18-hour slow roast dry-aged rib of beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and heritage veg. The fun doesn’t stop there however – there’s also Frank & Dean playing their dulcet tones at their jazz lunch on Saturday 9th, while ‘Michael Jackson’ sets the tone on Friday 8th March, with all ladies gaining free entry (usually £19) in honour of International Women’s Day (use the code ‘VIPLADY’).
