Complementing this spectacular show is Boisdale’s delicious 3-course Sunday lunch featuring 18-hour slow-roasted dry-aged rib of Scottish beef, goose fat roast potatoes, and a selection of classic sides. Vegetarian options and Boisdale’s signature dishes, such as Roast Dumfriesshire Blackface haggis, are also available — ensuring a dining experience as refined as the music.

All mains are packed with flavour, including dry-aged roast sirloin, pork belly, roasted leg of lamb, and a worthy veggie alternative — the nut roast. Choose one or go wild with the Humble Mix and try them all. Trimmings are taken just as seriously: soul-satisfyingly crunchy (yet fluffy) Yorkshire puds and spuds, creamy cauliflower cheese, maple-glazed carrots, and braised red cabbage. It’s all gravy, baby!
