For those with a passion for aquatic adventure and getting out in the fresh air, our Dockside location is a dream, brimming with opportunities to work out and wind down on the water. Try your hand at paddle boarding, kayaking, or take a leisurely self-drive cruise from Bellmouth Passage as captain of your own ‘ship’ for up to eight people with GoBoat. Just remember, they have a limited number of boats available so make sure to book in advance!

The parks and green spaces in Canary Wharf have been carefully nurtured and cultivated over the years, offering a different view and sense of wellbeing in each and every one. Making a splash
Back by popular demand as soon as the weather allows (date TBC), open water swimming will be returning to Canary Wharf in 2024 in partnership with Love Open Water. Head to Middle Dock by One Canada Square and Newfoundland, for a brisk swim in the open air. Remember to bring coloured head wear (swim cap/hat/headband) and a bright tow float, even if you’re a pro.
