If you’re motivated by keeping fit with others, In2Sports’ Sports England-designed hall is ideal for everything from volleyball to cricket and badminton. The Ultimate Performance team believes in measurable progress every step of the way, and prioritising the ‘personal’ element of personal training. To get your heart pumping, try a Barry’s class, renowned for high standards and fun intensity, or head to a Third Space site, offering everything from beautiful pools – an impressive 20m at Wood Wharf and 23m in Canada Square – to strength and conditioning, Hyrox and hot yoga classes. Freedom Clinics has a new reformer Pilates studio – yes, the one with that incredible equipment that stretches you in ways you never thought possible.

Blink Brow Bar and Browns Tanning take care of the obvious (!) while the Third Space Spa has every treatment you could want, and Townhouse does the perfect mani-pedi.
