There’s two new burgers to try, the Kentucky-inspired BULLEIT BOURBON SMOKEY with bourbon BBQ sauce, crunchy coleslaw, creamy ranch dressing & spicy deep-fried jalapeños or if you it cheesy get acquainted with LE BLEU, a juicy beef patty adorned with Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese, red onion & port jam, leafy spinach, griddled onions & wholegrain mustard-mayonnaise.

The new menu also includes improvements to classic Byron dishes. New skin-on fries will now be coated in house-made secret seasoning. The signature BYRON burger is even tastier, with a special Byron sauce, housemade pickles and bespoke cheese – a mix of premium Italian & UK cheeses.
