Your chance to try the fastest-growing sport in the world
Our padel tennis court will be open to all this summer as Pop-Up Padel returns for its second year due to unprecedented popularity .
Padel, a racquet sport that originated in Latin America, has attracted over 10 million players worldwide. In Spain alone, where the sport is more popular than tennis, it has attracted over 6 million players. In recent years, the sport has seen high levels of growth in European countries including the UK, Sweden and France.
The sport is a hybrid of tennis and squash, played on a court half the size of a traditional tennis court with surround glass walls and using slightly modified equipment. It is a highly sociable sport and does not require high levels of skill when playing at beginner or intermediate levels.
Book a court and play with friends and colleagues or pop along to one of our free lunchtime taster sessions. There will also be a corporate league day on Tuesday 3 July, enter a team of up to eight people for your chance to be crowned Padel Champions. If spectating is more your thing, come along to the World Padel Tour Exhibition on 28 and 29 June for your chance to see top padel players take to the court.
We will also be hosting a special family event on Saturday 23 June between 11am and 2pm where budding young padel players can take to the court and learn some skills with power and accuracy tests before taking part in a family match. There will also be 25% off your first 1 hour booking for families that bring children aged 15 or under.
