LFA events at Canary Wharf
We’re turning ourselves into a mini London Festival of Architecture hub this year by hosting a series of interventions in the lobby of our iconic César Pelli building, One Canada Square, and in the neighbouring Cabot Square.
The LFA is the world’s largest annual architecture festival taking place throughout June. Brought together by the theme of Boundaries see below for full details of the LFA events at Canary Wharf.
- Article 25: Designs for a Positive Alternative to Poverty
- LBMV Architects: DON’T WALK, WALK
- The Quintessential English Garden: What does it mean to be native?
- Building Sounds, Canary Wharf Architecture Audio Guide
If you would like to find out more about each project, join us for an architectural tour to meet the people behind them on Saturday 22 June. Starting in the lobby of One Canada Square, you’ll meet representatives from Article 25 and LBMV, before heading out to Cabot Square to hear from Lily Jencks Studio. Each tour will take around 90 minutes with an option to download and listen to the Building Sounds audio guide afterwards. There will be tours at 11am and 2pm meeting in the lobby of One Canada Square. Simply turn up and speak to the event steward on arrival. There is limited capacity for each talk so please turn up early to avoid disappointment.
